Price match promise: When you buy from us, you buy with confidence
We will do our very best to match any price you find, so long as you follow the rules below. Should you fail to follow any of the other rules, your price match will be declined.
Price-match Promise
If you see it cheaper, we will match it. It's that straightforward. Our Price-match Promise assures you that we will match any like-for-like quote or price published on the Internet.
Orders are dispatched from stock, ensuring quick delivery to your door. It's simple: when you buy from us, you buy with confidence.
How do you go about it? Ask us for a price match simply by informing us of the website where you have seen the item cheaper. If another supplier has provided a better quote, just email us a copy to customerservice@cheriesgifts.com
- The item ranges, names and product codes of your whole order where applicable.
- The price on the alternative website
- The website address where you found this price
- Quantity of each item on your order.
Make sure you also send us your details (including your name, company name, telephone number and email address). We will then confirm to you our price-match in writing, so you'll have it in black and white for when you're ready to order.
Please note that to avoid potential abuse and to enable us to honour our price match promise to genuine customers, the acceptance of any price match request is ultimately at the discretion of Cherie Amour Gifts & Treasures. We will at all times act reasonably and in good faith.
Terms and Conditions
Our price-match promise is subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Our price-match promise applies only to other Internet retailers that have the identical product in stock or immediately available and the product is priced correctly and accurately
- To price-match, we must be satisfied that the products in question are identical
- Prices are compared excluding shipping charges. Our price-match promise does not apply to shipping charges
- Prices are compared excluding sales taxes
- We do not price-match with special offers, promotions, discount vouchers and/or product-bundle pricing
- Our price-match promise does not apply to graded stock or products that are not new
- Our price-match promise is limited to the United States.
- We only price-match prices or quotations of bona fide companies. Prices of competitors offering so called grey or parallel imported products or goods will not be considered for price-matching
- Our price-match promise does not apply to products and/or goods offered on auction websites
- Any decision whether or not to price-match is at the discretion of Cherie Amour Gifts & Treasures. We reserve the right to refuse any price-match request and under no circumstances do we have any obligation, legal or otherwise, to price-match
- Our price-match promise may be subject to change without notice at any time
- We only price match before you buy. We do not price match after you have purchased.
- Price Match will not honor any that include Party supplies or Gift Club of America or Gift card offers.
- All sales are final once purchase is completed.
